Refund & Return Policy (STORE.GOLDCARE.COM)
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once an order has been placed.
Non-Returnable Items
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Supplements and ingestible products
- Personal care items
- Opened or unopened products
We do not offer refunds for products that did not meet personal expectations or did not agree with you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To process your request, we may require:
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Order details
If approved, we will provide, at our discretion:
- A replacement, or
- A refund
Vendor Fulfillment
Many products sold on GoldCare are fulfilled directly by third-party vendors.
As such:
- We do not accept returns to our facility
- Resolution may require coordination with the vendor
